Process Safety Capabilities
At Asymchem Sandwich, we conduct thorough and detailed hazard assessments at every stage of process development. Our highly experienced team performs comprehensive hazard evaluations during the development phase and prior to scale-up, ensuring the safe operation of the process. In our dedicated process laboratory, we conduct calorimetry and thermal screening to assess the thermal hazards of a process, along with specialized testing for vent sizing when necessary. Our state-of-the-art facility is fully equipped to carry out complete hazard assessments for any given process.
