Process Analytical Technology (PAT) provides valuable real time data key for synthetic reaction understanding. Using state-of-the-art PAT equipment (such as ReactIR) and with our expertise in chemometrics, we can develop kinetic models and reaction completion methodology that transfers efficiently from lab to plant.

Coupled with Asymchem's global presence in continuous platform and process development, Asymchem Sandwich can provide you with a full solution from conception to manufacturing implementation.
